This too, too cute onesie was a gift from our neighbors. I think our boy is going to be wearing vegetables more than any other design! Hope he likes to eat them too : )
It’s from oliver.handmade by Emily Moore, sold through my neighbor’s online gift shop, Red Bud Gifts.

Absolutely adorable!!!
Cute!
Just a thought: for a baby not be locally grown, would that be IVF? 😉
I would think maybe pregnant somewhere but move elsewhere just before the birth 🙂
Ok ok…I’ll go with that one!
Hey Kath,
Just a random question- are you counting these weeks starting from the first day of your last period or from the day you know you ovulated? I just found out I am preggo again (after my m/c in February) and I want to be able to compare weeks! 🙂 I was using FF, so I pretty much know the day I ovulated so was curious to what you did. I also ovulate late (day 21) so if I use the day of my last period it makes it seem I’m a week farther along than what they say (milestones on BabyCenter.com)
Thanks! Hope you are enjoying my town this weekend! 🙂
Ovulation minus 2 weeks. That standardized it since I ovulated late and is what comes up when I plug ovulation into preggo apps.
Ok thanks!
I wonder what his fave veggie will be. Maybe kale 🙂

Our baby was conceived in Peru and has since traveled in utero to Arizona and Colorado before returning to Raleigh in order to pack up and move to Wilmington. All during the first trimester!! I do hand embroidery also so I’ll have to start thinking of a clever saying for a onesie project!
That is adorable! I want one :p
How cute! ….One of my biggest fears is that my little one won’t like vegetables- I don’t know what I’ll do!!!!!
Hey Kath! I know I am usually on your site and not the baby’s, but I wasn’t sure where to ask you this. As I was drooling over my Williams-Sonoma catalog, I thought about you. Have you thought about getting the Beaba Babycook Baby Food maker? Especially with your garden what a better way than to make baby food for the baby than from your own garden. Not only reducing the carbon footprint, but to know exactly what goes in baby’s food. Here is the link for it. Have a great Saturday!

I have thought about it, but friends told me that using my Cuisinart Food Processor is just as easy and would minimize an extra appliance.
Kath, baby food can be made in your Vitamix. 🙂
Stumbled upon this birth photography blog through pinterest, thought it might be interested – the photos are powerful and intimate.
