This past weekend Mazen had a great time hanging out with his Aunt Larbs + Uncle Matt. We took quite a few photos on our visit to the countryside. Here are the highlights : )

so adorbs!
I can’t get over the resemblance you and Matt have with your sister and BIL!
Kath, he is one of the cutest babies I’ve ever seen! & your family is beautiful as well!
I adore that outfit Mazen was in, plus the hat! Where did you find it? It might make a cute gift for my nephew ๐
It was a gift from a baby store called Naartjie Kids
๐ Lovely pictures!
Your son is beautiful!
Adorable! Such cute photos!!!
They are almost a clone of you two! Cute pics ๐
Your son is just adorable!!!
Mazen is just too delicious! Wish I knew you so I could see him in person. Mother’s milk does a baby body good! I loved when my daughters had thick, juicy thighs! You have a beautiful family!
Does Aunt Larbs not like to hold the baby? Or is Uncle Matt just a baby hog? ๐
She played with him most of the afternoon : )
Could he get any cuter!?
It looks to me like Larbs’ Matt is going to be a great father when/if the time comes!!
So sweet. Baby photos are the best.
I always thought that Mazen looks like Matt and Karen, but now seeing him with your sister, there’s a strong resemblanace there! He’s absolutely precious!!
Matt is such a loving dad! At some point will he do a post on fatherhood now that he has experienced Mazen for a few months? ๐
I can’t handle how squishy and lovey Mazen is. Next time I see you guys, I will need a squeeze of my own.
I’m sure you get this all the time but they look so much like you! You look like two sisters married to two brothers.
Hey Kath,
First off, Mazen is beyond words adorable. I am not sure if I posted a congratulations yet – but congratulations.
I have a random question, I had heard somewhere that you shouldn’t eat chia seeds while pregnant/trying to conceive. I tried to think back but couldn’t remember if you had any?? The reason it says not to is pretty much the same reason they advice against some teas during pregnancy – they don’t know enough about it so avoid it – so my question, did you have chia seeds while you were pregnant? And did you avoid any certain teas because of the herbs in them?
Thanks!
Hmmm..I haven’t ever heard that. I definitely ate them all the time. I avoided just a few select teas – like raspberry leaf – until I was well into my third trimester, but I drank black tea and mint tea a lot throughout.
So adorable! Mazen is one loved little baby!!! ๐
Hi. Stupid question. But I’m wondering what you read and how you knew what food/chemicals/everything to avoid and what was a-ok. I’m overwhelmed. Please advise. Thanks and I love your blog.
